ICC Denmark is the Danish secretariat of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)

With over 6.5 million member companies and associations and local offices in almost 100 countries across the world, ICC is a global business organisation working to promote free trade and growth for companies across the world.


The Danish office of the ICC represents more than 140 member companies and associations. ICC Denmark represents Danish standpoints in ICC technical committees, commissions and in the organisation’s political work.

ICC’s works to:
• Promote free trade and free competition
• Ensure stable, harmonised rules and standards in international trade
• Promote voluntary codes for cooperation and trade between companies

Denmark’s board of directors consists of representatives from the largest Danish business organizations: The Confederation of Danish Industry, The Danish Chamber of Commerce, Danish Shipping and The Danish Agriculture and Food Council.

The Board is responsible for ICC Denmark’s strategy, action plan and the adoption of all decisions related to the organisation’s financial affairs.


Being a member of ICC Denmark will give you access to a global network consisting of 6.5 million members as well as local offices across the world. ICC’s global representation provides the platform for an effective early warning competence, providing insights on upcoming policies or protectionist measures. Similarly, ICC’s work on self-regulation and technical guidelines sets the framework for companies’ trade. Across the world and across industries.

ICC Denmark organises a series of different events, briefings and seminars over the course of a year. Focus is on different subjects of relevance to private companies and global trade, stretching from CSR and anti-corruption to trade finance, international trade and transportation.

Each year in November the annual ICC dinner is held, bringing together top executives, politicians and other key stakeholders for a high-level dinner with prominent guest speakers.
