Trade and Investment Policy
Open world trade and investment are fundamental ICC objectives. ICC always
strongly supported the GATT and continues to give the same backing to the WTO.
ICC mobilized world business to make a major contribution to the eight
successive rounds of multilateral negotiations held under GATT auspices to
reduce trade barriers.

Arbitration
The Bulletin of the International Court of Arbitration has published reports
adopted by the commission on the Terms of Reference, partial and interim

Commercial Law and Practice
The commission prepares standard terms, rules, guidelines and model contracts
to facilitate international trade and works closely with the United Nations
Commission on International Trade Law, the United Nations Economic Commission
for Europe, the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law and
other international organizations.

The ICC Commission is a global non-sectorally based financial services body,

ICC's international marketing codes promote high
