Arbitration
Mandate
As a forum for pooling ideas on issues relating to
international arbitration and other forms of dispute
resolution, the Commission aims to:
- promote on a worldwide scale the settlement of
international business disputes by means of ICC
arbitration, mediation, expertise, dispute boards
and
other forms of ADR;
- study the juridical aspects of arbitration and
other
modes of settlement of disputes of an international
commercial nature;
- examine ICC dispute resolution services in view of
current developments, including new technologies.
